Need the Shorter Starting Point?
The Quick Financing Request takes about two minutes and shares only basic equipment, purchase amount, business age and contact information.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. All applications are subject to credit review, transaction eligibility and final documentation. The application gives GFLS the information needed to evaluate the request; it does not guarantee approval, terms or funding.
Can a startup or credit-challenged business apply?
Yes. Newer businesses and credit-challenged applicants may be considered. GFLS reviews the business, cash flow, equipment, seller, industry experience, ownership and purpose of the transaction together.
What if I do not have every document yet?
You can complete the application with the information currently available. GFLS will identify any additional items needed for the transaction after reviewing the request.
Can I finance used equipment or buy from a private seller?
New and used equipment may be considered, including qualifying dealer, auction and private-party purchases. Equipment age, condition, value, documentation and seller eligibility are reviewed as part of the transaction.
How quickly can GFLS make a decision?
Complete, organized applications can often receive a credit decision in 24–72 hours, but timing varies based on the applicant, equipment, seller, transaction complexity and document availability.
All financing is subject to credit approval and final documentation. Rates, terms, advance amount, first payment or deposit, and funding timing vary by applicant and transaction. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances; consult your tax adviser.
