Industrial Equipment Financing
Keep materials moving, support production and replace the equipment your operation depends on. GFLS reviews new and used industrial equipment financing requests from $25,000 to $5,000,000 nationwide, with a closer look at the business, the asset and what the purchase needs to accomplish.

The equipment and the operating need
Payroll, inventory, maintenance and facility expenses continue while you replace a forklift or add a new system. Equipment financing can spread the purchase cost over time and help preserve cash for the rest of the operation.
Tell us how the equipment will support a contract, remove a bottleneck, replace an unreliable asset or increase capacity. We review that operating need alongside the financial picture and the proposed transaction.
Have a specific machine in mind? Send the vendor quote, equipment details and the total project cost. We can help identify the next step and the information needed for review.
These are examples of essential-use assets. Equipment, seller and program eligibility are reviewed for each request.

Start Your ApplicationPut the purchase in context
An unreliable machine is creating repair bills, downtime or missed production.
An awarded contract, customer requirement or expansion calls for additional capacity.
Warehouse, loading or processing equipment can help address an operating bottleneck.
A used asset fits the job and budget, and its condition and remaining useful life support the request.
We look at what the equipment changes for the business, along with cash flow, credit and existing obligations.
GFLS has worked in equipment financing since 2009, with experience across equipment, credit and transaction structure.
The funding path depends on the request. GFLS evaluates available direct and partner funding options where appropriate.
Age, usage, condition, seller, configuration and expected useful life help inform equipment eligibility.
Multiple assets and eligible freight, delivery or installation costs may be reviewed when the quote clearly itemizes them.
Select startups, newer companies and applicants with credit challenges may be considered when the overall request supports a review.

Prepare for review
A clear, complete package helps us understand both the equipment and the business need. Start with the application, your most recent three months of business bank statements and the equipment quote or invoice.
Tell us about the business, the equipment, the seller and the total purchase amount. Include the quote and available equipment details.
GFLS evaluates the cash flow, credit, obligations, equipment and purpose together. We will explain any additional information needed.
If approved, review the proposed structure and complete the final documents, seller requirements and funding conditions.
New and used equipment may be considered. For a used machine, the review can include age, condition, usage, configuration, value, seller and remaining useful life.
Eligible delivery, freight, installation and other approved project costs may be considered. Send an itemized quote so we can review the complete request.
Potentially. A package may include multiple qualifying assets, subject to the applicant, sellers, equipment, timing and available financing structure.
Some transactions may be considered. Seller verification, ownership, equipment details and documentation requirements can affect eligibility. Discuss the transaction before committing to a purchase deadline.
Credit is reviewed with cash flow, time in business, existing obligations, equipment and the purpose of the purchase. Available programs may have different credit requirements; approval depends on the full request.
Timing depends on a complete application, the equipment and seller, and any additional information required. We can discuss your deadline, but a credit decision and final funding are separate steps.
A published GFLS customer story
In a September 2022 customer story, GFLS described working with a construction business on financing for an imported stone-polishing system. When delivery delays and payment concerns complicated the transaction, the team helped work through a revised structure.
